So finally, Frens Community gathered again, at this PFS 6th Form Society Orientation Ball..

It's at E&O !! *Great choice*

It was friday evening, I was at Shen's house to dress up..
Only to realise that I left my ticket at home!! *DIE*
Luckily his dad was kind enough to take me back to mu house, then drove me & Shen to E&O..

The program started with an hour of photoshoot, by some professional photographer..

We were all at the garden, enjoying the view while posing...

no no no... me n manmeet decided to watch nite at the museum 2.... no changing... and we can go n watch on monday or tues after my class which is around 2 pm finish... hopefully on monday.... tues m not sure whether i got tuition or not....

Later is Monsters vs. Aliens - 28 of May

Anyone interested? Now exam is over, so may be we can relax a lil?

well I am posting this coz I feel is true...coz whenever I had a heart broken situation..u guys was the only one there for me at that time...I'm thankful to GOD for giving me friends like u guys! Just want to say that I'm happy with u guys in my life...n hope u guys are too..hehe...

Mao's Birthday..

1st of May..
Terence come to pick me up & we went to buy cake for Mao..

Mao didn't know.. We just told her to meet us at Lone Pine McD with Nelu..

So, here's the fun part.. Just as Terence & I depart from, 1-2 minutes after we were on the main road, it started to rain..

So, we have to stop for shed.. After 3-4 minutes, it stopped, and we think this is our chance.. Let's go before it rains again..
On the bike, just as we reach the main road, the sky pour heavily!!

Ohh goodness.. Have to stop again.. This time about 10 minutes..

After the rain stop, we went to Pulau Tikus to buy the cake..
I was thinking, labour day, will the shop be open?
Just as we reach the shop, closed..

Luckily Jenni's bakery was open.. It was just around the corner..
We choose Chocolate Truffel Cheesecake.. YuM!!

Then we went to McD & met them there..
Dayang was there too.. Dayang was our former classmate..

We have lunch there.. Before we came, Mao & Nelu had bought their burgers..

But they waited for us to eat together.. How nice..

After having lunch, we have dessert..

MUET

7th May 2009..
My MUET speaking exam..
My group consist of me, Pat, Sim & Munis..

7.30am, we waited in the quarantine room, with other groups, including Terence..
Pn. Mani, the teacher in-charge to register us, came in to the room & check with us..
Then she called our index number (exam number) one by one to tell us which candidate we are..

When it was Terence's turn, he did not reply as he was reading a book..
After 3 times of calling his number, he raised his hand..
Then Pn. Mani said, "Chee Hong, always dreaming!!" *HaHa*

Then my group was called (1st team)..
We went in, greet examiners, sat down & read the questions..

Task A..
Main Question: Why do Malaysia need foreign workers?
My Question: D- It enables Malaysian women to join the workforce.

What the.. What does it have to do with foreign workers??
I mean others is like: A- Malaysia urgently need workers; B- Cheaper workers; C- Willing to do unpopular jobs..
But, Malaysian women??!!

During the 1 minute preparation, I have no idea at all..
Then after squezing my brain, something come out..
Then when it was my turn, I speak as slow as possible..
Luckily my elaboration was long enough to cover the 2 minutes..

Then task B-discussion..
When it started, we all sort of agree on one point only..
Which is C..
Then we ran out of ideas to talk on..
We keep on repeating the same point of view..

Then 10 minutes end...
Oh thank god...
It sucks!!

Choir Competition... T.T

With less than a month's rehearsal, with a pianist which was found 2 days b4 competition, finally my school choir team was at Dewan Sri Pinang on 6th May for Penang State Inter-School Competition...

Before our turn, we sat down & listen to other school..
I expected some school to come with costumes (other than school uniform), but to my suprise, all the school's members did not wear school uniform, except for my team.

Well, 1st round presentation, K.O..

Then, their singing.. They sound so good (of course, with all that training).
My team sang Tanah Airku & Sejahtera Malaysia.
There were 2 schools that sang the exact song (Tanah Airku), with exact arrangement of parts.
They sang sweetly....... Singing - K.O..

Ok, I think to myself.. My team will survive..

Then we was called out to wait for our turn..
We had a last practice b4 going on stage..
I was the conductor by the way.. Then I started my conducting..
Waving my hand as they sing..
Hey not bad!! They actually sing better than rehearsal in school..

Then it's our turn.. All in position on stage..
The pianist started playing..
Hey, her tempo was wrong.. She played the song slower than usual..
Oh goodness.. When I started conducting, everyone was lost due to the piano..
But luckily, they pick it up after a while.. *Hwooh!!*
At the ending, the audience clap..

2nd song.. Sejahtera Malaysia was great.. The pianist play with the right tempo, and their singing was good!! I can finally hear the parts 'harmonising' which I cant hear during rehearsal..
It ended with applause..

By the way, good experience..
